These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Euroradio website at euroradio.online (the "Service"), operated by The Auspicious Company, doing business as Euroradio, registered in Massachusetts, United States.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Euroradio is

Euroradio is a directory and player for publicly available internet radio streams across Europe. Station metadata is sourced from Radio Browser. Audio streams play directly from each station's server; we do not host, transcode, or rebroadcast audio.

3. Third-party content

Stations, their audio, their schedules, and their availability are provided by third parties. We make no warranty about the availability, content, accuracy, or legality of any station, and we are not responsible for any third-party content streamed through the Service. If you believe a station infringes your rights or violates applicable law, please report it directly to Radio Browser; we will remove or filter entries on request where we are reasonably able to do so.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish the station catalog at scale without permission (the catalog is governed by Radio Browser's terms).

5. Newsletter

If you sign up for the Euroradio newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. See the Privacy Policy for details on how your email is handled.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific station will be playable at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Auspicious Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including damages arising from third-party content streamed through the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
